Refund Policy

This policy applies to the $39 ClaimReady Vault season payment processed by Square for Bowman Web Services LLC. Preview use is free and is not a refundable purchase.

14-day refund

If you paid $39 and you want your money back, email hello@beforethestormkit.com or use the contact form within 14 days of the Square charge. Include the email on the Square receipt and the date you paid. We will refund the $39 to the original payment method through Square.

You do not have to argue with the product during those 14 days. First buyers included.

After 14 days

After 14 days we still refund if the vault itself is broken in a way we can confirm (the paid app does not load, checkout charged you twice, or a defect we caused makes the tool unusable). We decide those case by case.

We do not refund after 14 days only because you cleared the browser, bought a new phone, expected us to file a claim, or expected insurance advice. Those are not product defects. Export your CSV while you still have access.

How long a refund takes

We aim to start the Square refund within two business days of a complete request. Your bank or card brand may take longer to show the credit.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, email us first. A chargeback on a valid, delivered digital purchase can delay a goodwill refund and may close the account on that payment method. We respond to Square disputes with these terms and the payment record.
